York's Adventure Dog Walking
We’re not your typical dog walking or daycare service. Based in York, Wild Brambles offers daily group adventures for high-energy dogs who thrive on exploring the great outdoors. By taking them out of the city and into forests, countryside, and even the seaside, we give dogs the kind of day they were born for—filled with freedom, exploration, and play. Each adventure typically lasts around three hours, with plenty of off-lead mooching, the occasional swim, and endless opportunities to follow their noses and embrace their natural instincts—all with pick-up and drop-off for your convenience.
This isn’t just exercise—it’s enrichment that leaves your dog both physically satisfied and mentally fulfilled.
Full-day Adventure
Approximately six hours in our care, with up to three hours of off-lead exploring, mooching, and sometimes swimming, plus time for rest, cuddles, and socialising.

Every new dog begins with a free meet & greet, so we can get to know them properly before their first adventure.

Hi, I'm Stephanie, the founder of Wild Brambles
Wild Brambles was inspired by my own boisterous working cocker spaniel, Bramble, and the challenge of finding a service that truly met her needs. I wanted to offer her an adventure, one that embraced dogs’ natural instincts, giving them space to roam, sniff, and explore. After a career in the corporate world, I chose to follow my passion for the outdoors, combining years of experience with energetic breeds and a love for the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Wild Brambles was born to give dogs the kind of fulfilling adventures they crave.
